Promotion & Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Seawest Enterprises Pty Ltd as trustee for the Infinity Trust, trading as Mighty Jungle Indoor Play Centre, ABN 58 501 903 587, located at 10 Boag Rd Morley ("Mighty Jungle Indoor Play Centre" or "the Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The Mighty Jungle "5 Weeks of Birthday Fun" promotion runs during September 2026. The individual weekly promotional periods are:
- Week 1: Tuesday 1 September 2026 - Friday 4 September 2026
- Week 2: Monday 7 September 2026 - Friday 11 September 2026
- Week 3: Monday 14 September 2026 - Friday 18 September 2026
- Week 4: Monday 21 September 2026 - Friday 25 September 2026
- Week 5: Tuesday 29 September 2026 - Wednesday 30 September 2026
Offers are available during Mighty Jungle's normal trading hours on the specified promotional days only. Public holidays and weekends are excluded from the promotion.
3. Weekly Offers
Each weekly offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions specified below.
Week 1: $12 Vietnamese Main Meals
One featured Vietnamese main dish will be available for $12 each promotional day during Week 1.
Eligible meals:
- Tuesday (Sep 1) - Phở (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)
- Wednesday (Sep 2) - Chicken Curry & Rice
- Thursday (Sep 3) - Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup)
- Friday (Sep 4) - Bò Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew)
Conditons:
- No substitutions allowed. Only the specified meal for each day is available at the promotional price.
- Additions (e.g. extra noodles, extra meat) are not included in the promotional price and will incur their normal additional charge.
- Offer is available for dine-in orders only. No takeaway or phone orders are eligible for the promotion.
Week 2: Free Toy with Paid Entry
Each child admitted using an eligible paid child entry during Week 2
will receive one promotional toy.
Limit of one toy per eligible paid child per visit.
Toy styles may vary and are subject to availability. Where a particular
toy is unavailable, Mighty Jungle may provide another toy of reasonably
equivalent value.
Week 3: $3 Coffee
Eligible coffees are available for $3 each during the Week 3
promotional period.
Eligible beverages/sizes: regular hot coffee, including
cappuccino, latte, flat white, mocha, long black, espresso, short
macchiato, and regular hot drinks, including hot chocolate, chai
latte, matcha latte and hot tea.
All other beverages are excluded.
Additional shots, alternative milks, syrups or other additions
are not included and may incur their normal additional charge.
This offer is available to customers who have paid entry to Mighty
Jungle on the day of purchase only. Phone orders and orders placed
without entry to Mighty Jungle are excluded.
Week 4: Free Jelly Cup with Kids Meal
Purchase an eligible Kids Meal during the Week 4 promotional period and
receive one jelly cup.
Eligible Kids Meals: Kiddie Nuggets, Kiddie Sandwich, Kiddie Sausage
Rolls, Kiddie Pies, Kiddie Hot Dogs, Kiddie Fish Fingers, Kiddie Veggie
Spring Rolls.
Week 5: 2 for 1 Entry
Purchase one eligible paid child entry during the Week 5 promotional
period (Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th September) and receive
one additional eligible child entry at no additional charge.
The free entry applies to the equal or lower-priced entry.
Both children must attend Mighty Jungle on the same visit.
Week 5 Birthday Stamps will also be issued for single-child entries. You
do not need to bring two children or redeem the 2-for-1 offer to receive
your Week 5 stamp.
This offer excludes Monday (Public Holiday), Thursday and Friday
(October 1st & 2nd as this promo is for September Weekdays only.)
4. General Weekly Offer Conditions
Weekly offers:
- are available only during their specified promotional periods;
- are available only at Mighty Jungle Indoor Cafe Play Centre, 10 Boag Rd Morley 6062;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- cannot be retrospectively applied to purchases made outside the applicable promotional period;
- cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotional offers;
- are subject to product availability;
- remain subject to Mighty Jungle's normal entry, supervision, safety and venue conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Eligibility
Entry into the Birthday Stamp Prize Draw is open to Australian residents
aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and
their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the Birthday Stamp Prize Draw, an eligible entrant must:
- obtain an official Mighty Jungle Birthday Stamp Card;
- participate in or redeem the applicable promotional offer during each of the five weekly promotional periods;
- receive one valid Mighty Jungle stamp for each successfully completed weekly offer;
- collect all five weekly stamps; and
- submit the completed stamp card together with the entrant's name and contact details at Mighty Jungle before 4:00pm on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
One qualifying transaction/redemption from each promotional week is
required.
Receiving multiple stamps or making multiple purchases during the same
promotional week does not substitute for participating in a different
promotional week.
Multiple entries permitted provided a separate complete five-stamp
card is legitimately earned for each entry.
No additional fee is charged to enter the prize draw.
7. Stamp Cards
Only genuine Mighty Jungle Birthday Stamp Cards and stamps issued by
Mighty Jungle will be accepted.
Stamps have no cash value and cannot be purchased, transferred or
exchanged.
Mighty Jungle may reject a stamp card where it reasonably determines
that the card has been altered, duplicated, fraudulently completed or
otherwise obtained contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
Lost, damaged or misplaced cards will not be replaced.
8. Prize
There is one (1) Cheetah Birthday Party Package to be won.Total prize value: $300
The prize includes:
- Party for 8 children (1 birthday child + 7 guests) with the Cheetah party package
- Private party room for 2 hours
- Entry - unlimited play until close
- Free adult entry
- Invitations (Physical or online download)
- Juice box for each child
- Fairy bread
- Cheezels
- Potato chips
- Hot chips
- Choice of 2 kids food options
- Themed decorations (wall posters, banners, tableware)
- Party bags
The prize:
- is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
- must be booked and used by March 31st 2028 (18-month validity);
- is subject to booking availability;
- is subject to Mighty Jungle's standard birthday party booking policies, including any supervision and safety conditions applicable at the time of booking, provided those conditions do not materially reduce the stated value or inclusions of the prize;
- is available on both weekdays and weekends;
- is not available on public holidays or other nominated blackout dates; and
- does not include additional guests, adult platters, additional decorations, upgrades or other extras unless expressly stated above.
Any optional additions (e.g. extra party guests, adult platters, extra
decorations) requested by the winner will be charged at the normal
applicable price. The winner may choose to upgrade to the Lion Package
by paying the difference between the $300 prize value and the applicable
price of the Lion Package at the time of booking. The winner may not use
this prize toward an exclusive after-hours venue hire. Please note that
all package and additional item prices are subject to change without
notice.
The prize is valid for redemption during Mighty Jungle's normal
operating periods, excluding
Western Australian public holidays
and Mighty Jungle's annual closure period. Specific booking dates are
subject to availability.
9. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by randomly choosing a Stamp Card from all
valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place:
Date: Monday October 5th 2026
Time: 12:00pm
Location: Mighty Jungle Indoor Cafe Play Centre
The draw will be conducted on an Instagram Live via our Instagram
account @mightyjungleplay
The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on their
entry.
Mighty Jungle will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner's first name and surname initial may also be announced
through Mighty Jungle's social media accounts.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by October 31st 2026, a re-draw will not take place.
12. Verification
Mighty Jungle reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and
the entrant's eligibility.
An entry may be declared invalid where the Promoter reasonably
determines that the entrant has failed to comply with these Terms and
Conditions or has engaged in fraud, tampering or other improper conduct
affecting the promotion.
13. Personal Information
Personal information collected for the promotion will be used for
administering the prize draw, verifying entries and contacting the
winner.
Entry into the prize draw does not, by itself, constitute consent
to receive ongoing marketing communications from Mighty Jungle.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Mighty
Jungle's applicable privacy practices and Australian law.
14. Availability and Events Outside the Promoter's Control
If circumstances outside Mighty Jungle's reasonable control affect the
availability of a weekly promotional item or service, Mighty Jungle will
take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate equivalent where
possible.
Any change to the operation of the prize draw will be made only where
permitted by applicable law and any required regulatory approval has
been obtained.
15. Australian Consumer Law
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any
consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or
any other applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded.
The price of any goods, meals, drinks or entry purchased in connection
with the promotion will not be increased because of the opportunity to
enter the prize draw.
16. Acceptance
Participation in the Birthday Stamp Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
